Absolutely the best AC company I’ve worked with in my 40 years in Fort Myers! Adam, the owner was here within 15 minutes of my call. I thought my thermostat was broken. It was not. It had been automatically turned off due to the drain pan overfilling with water. I have had problems with this system since I purchased it in 2017. It was installed incorrectly and has been a problem since the beginning. As it was going to be extremely cold and my unit had no heat, I talked with Adam about purchasing a new one. Called on a Sunday. The owner of the company was at my house within 45 minutes. He had the parts in his van and my unit back up and running in under an hour for less than $200. Couldn't be happier.
