Alyssa and a few others who worked physically with me were great. However, the front desk staff or whoever called me today, 06/19/26 was very rude. Sunday 06/14/26, I left a message stating I would not be in that Monday due to extreme pain in my right leg, which is part of the reason I’m in therapy. Because my hip is bone on bone, there are days I can’t bear weight to stand. This something I discussed with Alyssa the initial day I started. Thursday, 06/18/26, I did a no call no show, which wasn’t something done intentionally. I went to the emergency room causing my to miss the appt. I was unable to call due to the reception in the hospital and eventually my phone dying. On Friday, 06/19/26, I received a text message to schedule an appt, which I did. I then received a phone call from the facility to verify I am coming in. The person I spoke with accused me of doing two no call no shows. I went on to explain to her that I did not. I informed her at that time the reason of the no call no show. Totally disregarding my words, she continues to discipline me as I’m one of her kids and accused me again of doing two no calls no shows. I immediately corrected her and let her know I called Sunday and didn’t call Thursday while explaining why. She goes on with a rude tone and tell me to calm down. It was atv this point I asked her to cancel my appointment. She then gets upset and tells me she will have then discharge me and hung up.
There is a reason why policy and procedures are put in place. When a client don’t show up, there is a $40 charge. I also have the right to call off freely, as long as, it’s in 24 hours of your appointment. No matter what I did, what she should have done was followed the policy any procedure of the company and not call to create an issue. I am in need of two hip replacements. I can’t always know what level of pain I will be in until I began my day.
Because of how I was treated, the disregard to me being in the hospital, and the lies told, I don’t think I will be returning. I’m the only African American there, so I now feel out of place, as if I don’t belong. I rather spend my money at another facility who won’t disregard someone being in the hospital.

Everyone has been great! They have certainly shown me how bad my balance is. I believe I have seen improvement especially with my walking.

I had physical therapy at this clinic for four months, and I cannot say enough good things about the care I received.
The therapists are exceptionally well educated, knowledgeable and skilled. Thanks to them, I feel stronger, more confident, and better equipped to move through daily life. (I was working on strength and balance.) Although I worked primarily with Kelly, Ginny and Scott—all of the therapists were excellent. Front desk staff (Linda) went out of her way to give me the appointments I needed—especially when I needed to make changes.
This is a truly caring, well-run clinic, and I am very grateful for everyone who worked with me. I would highly recommend this PT practice to anyone in need of skilled, compassionate care, who wants to be successful in their therapy.
