My sister passed away unexpectedly and I had to make arrangements from out of state. I had just had a baby (2 weeks prior) and I had no experience making such arrangements before. It was such a difficult time and I am so grateful for this company. Mark was kind, and helped me get my sister cremated and hand delivered to our family member. Thank you, truly, for your service.

Dianna and her staff were completely and extremely caring and understanding towards my grief over the death of my twin brother. They stuck by the time frame they said. Dianna brought the urn I bought for my brother. She stayed and offered more help if we needed it. Having the urn brought to my house was very convenient too The death certificates were done beautifully. Thank Cremation with care.

"I am deeply disappointed by the service we received during an incredibly painful time. From the beginning, we were given misleading information about when my cousin’s body was received, which created confusion and distress. After waiting an entire month for the cremation to be processed, we were charged an additional $250 for “overnight shipping” despite being told initially that delivery would be free.
The communication throughout this ordeal was unprofessional and severely lacking. My calls went unreturned, updates were rare, and when I did get through to someone, the response was dismissive and unhelpful. The owner, who should have been a source of empathy and accountability, was completely unresponsive to my concerns.
This service fell far short of what’s expected, especially during such a sensitive time. I hope others don't experience the same lack of respect and transparency we did." If I could give "0" stars I would.

Cremation With Care, Is the best organization that I have ever dealt with. They were very caring, understanding and respectful. My mother's Cremation was as, outlined and promised. With Love. I Thank all the staff, Mark . I would give, post 100 stars.

I am from out of state and spoke with Mark when my father passed away, I asked him to please notify us when the permit comes in before they do the cremation so that I can make arrangements to come to Florida to be with my family. We were told 2-4 weeks for the permit to come in and that at that point we would get a phone call and we can schedule when the cremation would occur. We received a call on 8/19 letting us know that the remains were ready to be picked up. At this point there is nothing that can be said or done to mend the situation. Please be careful if you decide to use this company.

Mark, Marge, and John were all extremely helpful regarding my family's huge loss!! I'd recommend them to anyone looking into cremation for final wishes! Every detail was taken care of over my phone through text and email making the convenience top-notch! I'm very grateful for all of their kindness, help, and time with my Big Brother Jamie's final wishes. I highly recommend!
