My sister passed away unexpectedly and I had to make arrangements from out of state. I had just had a baby (2 weeks prior) and I had no experience making such arrangements before. It was such a difficult time and I am so grateful for this company. Mark was kind, and helped me get my sister cremated and hand delivered to our family member. Thank you, truly, for your service.
Dianna and her staff were completely and extremely caring and understanding towards my grief over the death of my twin brother. They stuck by the time frame they said. Dianna brought the urn I bought for my brother. She stayed and offered more help if we needed it.
