A friend recommended that I could buy with confidence from this business, and he was right. The customer service here is the greatest I have ever encountered. Terri and Kevin were quick to respond to my many questions before, during and after installation of my new wood floors and stairs. The store's skilled installer George did a great job as did John in the warehouse. I highly recommend this business.

Had 4 bedrooms installed with hardwood (took out carpet) from Floorcrafters. The installation team of Alex and company was fantastic. Professional, courteous, positive.Also, for the price, we shopped around a bit, was the best in town, Overall a fantastic experience.
