After thinking an infant handmade heirloom baptism gown that was dropped off to be cleaned and restored was lost, it was found! Gabby did not give up looking for it even after a loss claim was filed. Our family was so relieved to get the call that she located it! She understood how precious the garment was to us, and we thank her for her diligence! Annette at the store was extremely helpful too through the process too, and Gabby also made sure we were credited for the time, trouble, and initial heartache. I have used Fashion Fresh for all my family’s dry cleaning needs since they opened, problem free. But now I know that if a problem does arise, they will do all they can to make it right!

I was annoyed about my pants that was taking longer than normal as I spoke with Annette I felt relieved she stayed on top of everything above and beyond she called and kept me updated and my pants arrived that same she said it would she called and said I took care everything and they are here in the store.Thank you for everything and will keep coming due too the wonderful customer service

I came in earlier this week to drop some dry cleaning as a first time customer. Annette greeted me she was so helpful and knowledgeable, she has a great sense of humor and made me laugh the whole time. With that being said I am now a lifetime customer. Not to mention my clothes came back the very next day. 😊

Clothes were not ready the day after I was told to pick up. I was not contacted. It was confirmed that it is not their policy to contact us when they fail to complete on time. Terrible policy, cost me 30 min of driving. Was told I would be texted when ready. That too didn’t happen. I did get a text after I called twice and they found it.
No communication when mistakes happen.
