Estate Landscaping was contracted in December 2024 to maintain all aspects of the common and residential landscaped areas of Corkscrew Shores. This was not an easy task as there were existing challenges to overcome. Moving forward to today, our lawns look the best ever; the weeds are handled well considering the climate; and the trim crews know how to properly trim. Landscaping expectations can be subjective and personal to each individual homeowner, so finding a contractor that can navigate those expectations in a community is hard to find.
Freddy Vergez is very professional, knowledgeable and informative. He is not only trustworthy and dependable, he is also very friendly and kind. He has helped me transform my backspace lanai and front yard into something I can be proud to share with my neighbors and my family.
I want to share my experience I had with Estate Landscaping. I put in a request to have sod and I was pleasantly surprised what a great job Estate has done. Russ and John's crew were outstanding. Russ came out and sized up how much sod was needed and John's crew did a great job laying the sod. What a difference? My property looks great.
