Unfortunately the service at this dry cleaner has gone downhill . They promised clothes on a certain day and said we would be texted. We never received a text and had a business flight the next morning. The clothes needed for this Business trip were stuck at the dry cleaners. We will no longer be using this company.

Love this place. I read some of the reviews and yeah, around the time of Ian people were bringing in hundreds of pieces of clothing, and it did get a little confusing, and quite naturally, there was a turnover in staff because a lot of the people had to move due to Ian. Some people were very sympathetic and understanding and other people did not care apparently they suffered no loss therfore not able to be empathic.
