We have used Bitty's Mobile Repair twice during our 3 month stay in FMY. First we needed an AC replacement in September. Within two days, Chris had installed our new AC and we were cool again! Over the New Years Holiday, our instant hot water heater stopped working . Chris was here first thing Wednesday morning and spent about an hour and a half troubleshooting the unit and talking to the manufacturer on the phone. Since we are leaving FL in three days, Chris is mailing the required part (control panel) to our home, where my husband can install it.. Last week Bitty's came out to my Condo to repair my boat trailer. The repairman did a great job, was honest and worked as quickly as possible to get my trailer back on the road. Great Service Bitty's! Thanks to Josie as well!

I had a very good experience with this company the first time. The second time I had some communication issues but they reached out and went out of their way to make it right. Overall I believe they value their customers and are doing good work. I will update with photos. Thank you guys for reaching out.
