Both of my hydraulic slide out cylinders went out on my 5th wheel right before I was going to leave for vacation. Bitty's went above and beyond to get them replaced in time. Lippert even sent the wrong cylinder for one of the slide outs and Bitty's was still able to get the right one and get the job done. The final price even ended up being less than their original quote. Definitely recommend.
We have used Bitty's Mobile Repair twice during our 3 month stay in FMY. First we needed an AC replacement in September. Within two days, Chris had installed our new AC and we were cool again!
Over the New Years Holiday, our instant hot water heater stopped working . Chris was here first thing Wednesday morning and spent about an hour and a half troubleshooting the unit and talking to the manufacturer on the phone. Since we are leaving FL in three days, Chris is mailing the required part (control panel) to our home, where my husband can install it.. Chris shows up promptly as scheduled, is very knowledgeable and also is friendly. I would recommend him for any RV work you need done.

I needed a safe bypass of the damaged ATS to get back on shore power while I sourced a replacement part.
