From the moment I spoke with the representative who scheduled my appointment, to Brandon who prepared my estimate, and finally to Orlando and Ryan who executed the installation with remarkable efficiency, the service was consistently top-notch.

This was a 911 service. Unit died on Friday night. I called, after talking to a live person, she said they would be by tomorrow. I called again Saturday morning to confirm. Tech showed up shortly afternoon. He clearly showed the problems and the price to repair. He had all the parts needed and improved our a.c. system. These guys are consistently very good.
Good work should be recognized and I want to commend Joe Carvalho who spent today at our home. I recently contacted Certified because one of our AC units had failed to cool. Sean, a Certified technician, determined that the problem was a leaking evaporator coil and that the coil had to be replaced. The coil was on back order and in as much as we were to be away, coolant was added to assure that the unit would continue to function until a new coil could be installed. As scheduled, we received a call confirming our appointment and alerting us that a technician was on his way to our home with the new coil.
