Initially I was not impressed by the woman answering the phone and taking my information. But decided to try them out for service anyway. Had the first maintenance last week and the tech was professional and clean whilst doing the work. The system vibrated that evening however. They immediately sent a tech out who said there were a couple of screws loose that were not holding the metal panels properly and he repaired it immediately. So far so good!
I have used Caloosa Cooling since I moved to Southwest Florida. They have always provided professional and courteous service at a reasonable price. They have always done a great job. I highly recommend Caloosa Cooling.
The install of UV lights in our system was a bit complicated with mini split and three other air handlers but they were on time left the work sites cleaner than when they arrived and took great care accessing the spaces in our home. Highly recommend!
