I had the plumbing division come out to address slow draining in my home this past Saturday. It was originally scheduled for Friday, but the technician got stuck at a job (it happens, no worries) and Beck's was very responsive, eventually giving us a Saturday AM appointment for the weekday rate.Ivan arrived on-site in a timely manner the next morning to snake the plumbing in my home. He was very professional and tried his absolute best, but unfortunately it wound up being a septic issue. Although the issue wasn't resolved (no fault on Beck Companies, it was a 50/50 shot on either a plumber or septic because of of the symptoms) I was happy with the effort, responsiveness...read full review
I applaud Beck for working with me when someone in the office sent the wrong bill. A misunderstanding and Mr Beck spoke to me and it was worked out. The pipe that the plumber fixed is in good repair. I recommend this company.
