She made sure everything was perfect and to my liking before she started. She made me feel very comfortable and she was super sweet. Her prices are very reasonable. I've seen Chelsea a few times for my eyebrows (initial microblading, then touch ups) and as long as she is doing permanent make-up, I won't be seeing anyone else. Chelsea is highly skilled at permanent make-up, looks out for her clients' best interests and her prices are very fair. Everything is hygienic and Chelsea thoroughly explains the process to you during the first visit.
