Mason did a great job! He was friendly and informative and efficient. He made sure we were quite happy with the results. He gave us a quick tutorial on our shower head and new plumbing. He gave us maintenance information, including the type of cleaners to use and also suggested we check in on the website periodically to see if there’s anything new regarding the product.

Mason did a very good job installing our new bathtub. Very thorough and clean. Brought all the things he needed, and he also provided cloth to protect our floors. Very happy with the outcome and I will recommend Mason’s service to future Bay Fitters customers.
