We have had a lot of issues with our brand new home which means we’ve had to deal with a few companies to get the issues fixed. GCR is the first company we’ve had to have come out to our home that actually contacted us in a timely manner and had someone out to our home within two days! Our cracked sink was replaced in a matter of 15 min. They were professional and let us know they were on their way instead of just showing up. Every other subcontractor has given us the runaround and taken MONTHS to fix issues. GCR called on Tuesday and was out here Thursday morning to replace our sink. We can’t thank them enough for their quick service and professionalism.
