Very professional in dealing with my mom's cremation and sending her back to Ohio to be interred. All I had to do was handled by Docusign very easily, and payment over the phone also. Thank you.
I felt overwhelmed and very sad with no family left but this place made me feel at ease and handled everything fast for me. They made me feel very comfortable and the social worker was very helpful; I thought she was an angel. The coordinator who brought the ashes was polite and kind.
This company made an emotional situation that no one wants to deal with much easier. They were very compassionate and professional while helping navigate our family through the process. They also fulfilled a request that was requested. The timeline that was stated was met. They even contacted and made the arrangements to deliver the family members ashes to the home.
