The technician that was sent to my home was excellent!! Knowledgeable, professional, friendly. I have no issues with the service I received.
However the price charged to install a new garbage disposal was much higher than expected. $723 for an Insinkerator 1/2 HP disposal that retails for $120 and 40 minutes of labor. That’s like paying over $500/hr for a plumber.
The AI agent they use to field calls and schedule a technician makes it impossible to get an estimate without them coming to your home. I don’t know what others charge to replace a garbage disposal these days, but I find it hard to believe that $723 is the current industry standard. I would definitely shop around next time and call a business where I can talk to a real person up front.

Please read all of this before you hire them. Needed my sewer line snaked, the guy who came out told me my sewer was behind my house joined with my neighbor. He did a great job snaking her line which went inside her house but couldn't find mine yet let me know he had 25 years experience. He was kind enough to reschedule for the next morning and left the drain plug off so it would drain outside and wouldn't back up in my house again. The next morning the tech found my line which was in front of my house like I stated the night before but not before informing me he pulled out roots from the line and recommended another tech come out with a camera. The tech came out with the camera and stated there was a break in the line caused by the roots from the trees next door which penetrated the sewer line. $2800 to fix but suggested my neighbor call the water utility since it was partially on there easement. The next call from Aztec stating they are able to reduce the price by $400. The water utility came out and informed my neighbor there was an offset in the pipe not a break caused by a root and they will be repairing it. We were also given the option of installing a separate line for each house at a cost of $6000.00 by Aztec. Call Lee County Utilities first before you agree to have any work performed. Update, City came out this morning, low and behold I have a separate line, not what I was told by the tech. The line that both techs snaked wasn't for my house. I also noticed that there are no responses on negative reviews, why?
