John Peterson is the Technician that responded to my house. John is a wonderful representative of this company. Very professional and polite. John took the time to listen to everything I had to say. John serviced my unit under the maintenence contract I bought and made sure I was completely satisfied before leaving my residence. I strongly recommend if you need service on your A/C to call and request John to be your technician.

Service call, warm air. Serviced 3 weeks ago and the capacitor needed to be replaced. Eric went above and beyond to fix problem and had system up and running in about 30 minutes and worked to make me a very satisfied customer
