Nathan, my service technician, was great. He took the time to thoroughly explain to me what needed to be done to maintain my a/c unit when I asked questions to keep my unit running efficiently. He was courteous, kind and friendly. I would highly recommend Allied Air Service to my friends and neighbors

It all started when I called the company the woman who answered the phone was courteous and very professional.. She had a tech speak to me to explain my.problem a d to try and resolve it .It was a little beyond my scope so I made an appointment for service. The technician that came found the problem right away but also took th time to explain what was found and how to prevent it from happening again. I can't express how content I was to have my ac working again. The technician is a real honest person and this company is lucky to have him. I believe he reflects the company's best interests. I would 100% recommend them to everyone it is hard to find honest people... read full review
