After a really bad experience with another eye practice here in SW FL, I was referred to All Saints Eye Center and Dr Zimm. From the moment the referral was approved, I've been very pleased with the entire staff at his Ft Myers office and the surgery center in Naples. Everyone has been kind, professional, and caring in their interactions! I've had cataract surgery on both eyes as well as LASIK to improve my vision and have scheduled a fine tuneup for astigmatism, after which I will schedule an eyelid lift for both eyes to correct my droopy lids. Very pleased with the physician and the tech assistant, Not pleased after rushing there to be on time and having to fill it forms with info that I had previously provided in the online statement. And then waiting for15 minutes.
I had a problem with very itchy, teary eyes everyone one was so understanding and fit me in. Dr. Zimm listen to my concerns examined my eyes and give me some good advice together with a prescription to help my problem. Thank you
