I had a leaking air conditioner due to pipes being blocked. Roberto came out and in 30 seconds knew what the problem was. He went through the whole system with me and explained exactly what was happening and told me how to prevent the problem in the future. Roberto is great! I cannot express how great Cool Air is!! Valerie is your GAL, she always answers the phone and if she doesn’t she calls you back immediately. Not only that, I was in a bind and realized after 5 that my AC wasn’t working right, gave her a call at 5:50, and by 6:50 she had a guy knocking at my door to fix it. He figured out the problem ASAP and we have working AC again. If you need someone to help, highly recommend Cool Air!!!Service: HVAC system repair
