5 star service. Stayed and diagnosed the problem (in a 120 degree attic!) and explained it to me and fixed the problem then and there. Gave me a quote on a new unit for future which was $900 less than the company below. The other company I called charged me $135 to come out and just tell me I needed a new unit period with an excuse that the refrigerant was leaking and making the air intake oily. That is not how it works. He didn’t diagnose anything, just left to make “private calls”. I felt like I was being pressured by a used car salesman with gimmicks like ‘buy now and we can install tomorrow. No.

I have used air Innovations’s exclusively for 8 years. They have assisted with some challenging problems and sorted them out entirely. Routine maintenance and staff is great. Very friendly and always helpful
Our family highly recommend Air Innovations and use them to maintain our four units across two houses. They installed our new units after the hurricane in 2022 and have been taken care of us ever since. The owners are very involved, approachable, and always available if you need them. A manager named Dan is also very knowledgeable and helpful, as well as Devon in the office. Technicians Drew and Corey are always knowledgeable and polite when they service the units. We like to know what is going on with our units & Drew was here today and is extremely respectful and takes the time to explain things/show us what is going on so that we understand it.
