“We've done business with FDD Cabinets for about 3-4 years. In that time, they've done a major kitchen remodeling project and two bathroom remodeling projects in our home in Fort Myers and the results have all been excellent! Al Santos, who is the owner, takes a direct interest in all the work they do and has a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Recently, we had a problem with one of the sinks in a dual-sink bathroom vanity that FDD cabinets had installed for us. The sink had developed a hairline crack in the porcelain about three years after it was originally installed. I sent an email to FDD and asked them to come out and look at it on a Friday and they said they could come out and replace the sink on the following Monday. When they replaced the sink, they discovered that the manufacturer of the sink being replaced had changed, and the color didn't exactly match the other sink in the same vanity, so Al Santos determined that both sinks needed to be replaced to match. Al went back to FDD for us to get a second sink to match. His commitment to quality and customer satisfaction is very impressive.“

“I cannot praise this company enough. We were looking to reface our cabinets last spring. Received quotes from 3 companies and decided to use Kitchen Solvers. The doors, countertops, and backsplash choices were many, and the quality looked to be better than the others.Kim came to the house and provided a rough estimate, then we met Jim, and we were ready! They are on top of everything going on, and call if there is a blip. And we had a blip. The work was to begin in June as we go north for the summer. Everyone has heard about the supply chain problem, and it effected us. Finally the items arrived, but one pallet had been damaged, so insurance claim, and wait.Jim was letting me know everything that was. going on. Finally able to complete by mid September.But, because of the people I was dealing with, I had no anxiety! We walked in the condo, and I was blown away. he also sent progress photos every time they did something in the house.Jim, Kim and Kitchen Solvers are the BEST!
