We couldn't recommend Paul's Carpet & Floor more! We purchased a condo in FL while living out of state and they were incredibly easy to work with and accommodating with our schedule to give us options in stock and readily available for install. They took care of everything, to include working with our management company to provide insurance information and coordinate installation. They arrived on time, removed the old carpet, and installed the new one efficiently and with great care. We were sent pictures of the final product and it looked great. I highly recommend Paul's Carpet & Floor. I can clearly see why they have been in business for many years. John was very professional, courteous and helpful. The showroom is impressive and welcoming. I looks forward to my upcoming carpet installation and will forward pictures when the work is completed. Danette is awesome as well!
Paul's was recommended to us by a neighbor as we wanted a custom area rug with matching runners for our condo and we're so glad we visited their store. There are so many beautiful carpet samples to choose from. While they allow store samples to be taken home, they will also contact the manufacturer(s) and arrange for samples to be mailed directly to you. The entire experience was wonderful and every staff member (Jerry, John and Danette) was very personable, patient and professional. We highly recommend Paul's. We'll definitely go there for any future flooring needs.
