We have used Novin Flooring twice in the past few years, initially for installing porcelain and tile flooring in our condominium, and subsequently for a repair of our floor due to a leak from our neighbours' pipe. We also used their painters. Both times, we were very impressed by the quality of work and level of service that we received. Fabio, the proprietor, is fabulous! He responded promptly to all inquiries, was always pleasant, offered excellent advice on flooring selections, met all of the condominium's requirements expeditiously and without any undue delay, and proved himself highly competent in resolving any complications or issues that arose. Novin Flooring provided a prompt and fair estimate and completed the work in a timely, professional and clean manner. I highly recommend their services. Roger even helped me pick out a floor. The entire process with Novin was extremely professional and easy. I am in love with my floor. Asking them to do more work in the near term.
