The state-of-the-art equipment and well-organized processes add to the overall level of care. The doctors, such as Dr. Walker, an OB-GYN, are friendly, quick, and thorough. The Center also caters to the needs of elderly patients, with several handicap parking spaces, a valet person to assist, and a spacious, clean lobby that accommodates wheelchairs and walkers. The appointments are scheduled efficiently, and the staff is patient with the elderly clientele, accepting Medicare without any issues.
This place is incredibly inefficient twice now I've had appointments here and twice I've had to wait extreme wait times the first time was almost 4 hours for a breast exam the second almost 3 hours only to give a weak apology I'll never come back
Dr. Willy Dávila and his medical staff are amazing. All of them super kind, he is so nice and respectful, very professional, I have had a medical appointment recently and he was so patient and kind. He also gave me a recommendation with a local Urogine in my country. He is an angel Doctor, you will feel safe being attended by him and his team. Febe Flores is his medical assistant nurse, she is always nice, with a beautiful smile, she was so patient with me and made all the questions required to receive an appropriate medical assistant with Dr. Dávila. First time here and I'm impressed. Easy to find, easy to park. Security desk attendant pointed me towards the place I needed to be. Quick check in. Minimal wait. Facility is clean, spacious, modern, and quiet. I finished back-to-back tests quickly and was on my way sooner than expected. All staff were professional and kind. The smaller secondary waiting rooms became a casual, friendly place to chat with other women, which made it feel less like a medical setting.
