He is very knowledgeable in my hair type (curly) and understands the difficulty of the maintenance it takes to deal with it. He knows exactly what can or can not be done and what are the best products to use. I have learned how to better care for my hair because of him so every time I go to him its just for for maintenance and enjoyment of the environment and staff they are a pleasure to be around, talk and unwine, when I go there to get pampered, best customer service I have had in a very long time, which is something that has been lost in the the past few years and there prices are very reasonable.
