I recently made appts for my son and I both with Dr. Afshar. We are both pretty medically fragile and we’ve never had doctors that made me feel heard about either one of our health. This guy though, he’s definitely in the right field of work. He is very smart and he listens. That to me means the absolute world because it’s a fight for both my son and I to stay healthy and live. Just awesome☺️
We've had excellent care from all the staff at family care partners Fleming island. We have been made to feel like family and well taken care of. Stephanie Collins and medical assistance Cam are excellent. Stephanie, was really concerned about the Quailty of care she provided my husband and I. I highly recommend them

I appreciate the kindness and patience that Stephania shows at every visit. As an elderly patient, who doesn't like a lot of people, she has always made sure to make be feel important. Sometimes my words don't always come across the best and the issues I am trying to describe however Stephania always takes the time to try and interpret them the best way possible and ask questions if she doesn't understand what I am saying. I know if there is anything I need help with she is there.
