“I have a testimonial. This guy is amazing. I'm an ex-marine I don't have a lot of nice things to say about people until I met this young man this man has helped me above and beyond. I never met a kind of person I trust his knowledge. I would advise anybody to go seek his Council then after you witness what I witnessed tell everybody the show man needs to be recognized as a great human being I can say more. But I know I'm always long-winded thank you for reading this”
“I love Pilates work out sessions at Pilates of Amelia Studio and the instructors Deb and Maryam are great. They are very different which makes it fun because each workout session has it's own flavor. I highly recommend the place.”
“This place has something for everyone at all fitness levels. It's a very welcoming environment from the friendly and helpful staff to the respectful members. There is also more than enough equipment, so if you're wanting to use a specific machine or weight, chances are, it's available. This is also the cleanest gym I have ever been in. Oh, and if you're thinking about trying a virtual workout, do it! They're a blast!”
