I recently started going to the Pilates studio and opted for personal instruction, this has been one of the best exercises I have ever done and the instruction from Diane is great - it is a mix of both the reformer, as well as bar and floor depending on what you needI had never done Pilates and as a newbie felt very comfortable.Highly recommend.

A fabulous studio that is bright and clean with a vast variety of equipment. All of the professional trainers are top notch; meeting you where you are in your physical fitness and challenging you every time you visit. The workouts are never the same and always a lot of fun!
