I have been to this hotel many times and love everything about it. The staff is always amazing and no matter how busy and crazy things are with many guests they stay calm, cool and super friendly. The options for dining are many with Coquina being my favorite since it's outside and you can see/hear the ocean. The spa is also a win-win and definitely book a service if you can. Love everything about this place---that's all.

This is a wonderful, relaxing spot. Nestled in a preserve, it feels like a peaceful sanctuary. The staff is fantastic, and the resort avoids the crowds found on the gulf side. While the gulf water might be slightly warmer, it's honestly likely too warm this time of year anyway!

I only went to the spa area. I didn't stay at the Ritz. The Spa has been renovated and I wanted to see how it turned out. Very nice. A lot of nice merchandise inside the gift area. Everyone was very nice, it smelled good too!
