“My parents were celebrating their 45th wedding anniversary, and my mom’s one request was to finally have some updated photos with my dad. I wanted to make it extra special, so I booked her a hair and makeup appointment at Kristy’s Artistry, which happened to be right down the street from where the shoot would take place in Winter Park.

The studio itself was beautiful, and my mom and I were given a private suite for her appointment. The staff was so sweet, warm, and accommodating. Kristy herself did my mom’s hair and makeup, and she and her team truly treated my mom like it was her wedding day all over again. They celebrated her anniversary with genuine excitement, showered her with compliments, and encouraged her every step of the way.

My mom was absolutely glowing, not only because of the flawless hair and makeup, but because of the way she was cared for. The last time she had professional hair and makeup done was 12 years ago for my sister’s wedding, so this truly was a rare and special moment.

Kristy was a dream to work with. She was kind, attentive, and incredibly talented. She welcomed all of our questions about beauty and even went the extra mile by giving my mom a mini lip color consultation, perfectly matching her with three shades she could pick up later from Kristy's store.

Thanks to Kristy and her amazing team, my mom felt so beautiful, inside and out. I will never forget how they made both of us feel, loved, special, and celebrated. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!“

“I’ve been getting my hair cut by Victoria for three years now, and I keep going back because she consistently does great work and charges fairly for it. I have a lot of hair, and she really understands how to layer it in a way that reduces bulk while still keeping it looking natural and flattering.

I’ve also had balayage done by her, including a pink tone, and it came out really well. I got a lot of compliments on it, and the color placement looked thoughtful and well-blended.

I did try getting a haircut elsewhere once, and it didn’t turn out right. I went back to Victoria and she was able to fix it in a way that made a big difference.
