There is room for improvement with front desk staff. Customer service can be better. Social media management has a lot to improve.
Overall, those details can always be replaced and enhanced. As long as there are dedicated passionate stylists and an owner with a clear vision, it will always be a 5 star for me. Last thank you Jeri for bringing Dukesa back to life!
