StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion, and energy in people no matter their age, body type, or fitness level. StretchLab Estero offers one-on-one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open, and communal environment. Their one-on-one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long, and they offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of their Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Their innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals, and can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership. What an amazing place! I had seen it for several years, while driving to & from Miramar Outlet... full disclosure, I do work out a lot, am fairly flexible, & just thought it might not be FOR ME!!! How wrong I was! Wonderful Therapists who stretch you & help you feel like a million bucks!!! Such a Godsend to anyone who wants to stand taller, feel stronger, and become more agile & mobile! Graham, Damian, Danilynne, & all the Staff there are so encouraging! Extra Bonus is the Normatec Compression System you can use for FREE when you become a Member! Try Stretchlab out for an Introductory Session at a discounted rate like I did &I am sure you will become as hooked as I am! Definitely my " Happy Place" every week! So thankful I decided to try it out! Now I can't live without it! And the Staff is the icing on the cake! What a treat!!!

The flexibility I have regained has relieved me of a lot of aches and pains that come with aging. I have also had physical problems with both shoulders. Stretch Labs stretching has helped me regain movement of my arms without the constant pain that I used to have. Stretch labs in now a health priority for me! I highly recommend Stretch Labs Estero! Lydia is incredibly knowledgeable and has helped greatly in solving my pain issues in my arms. Actually, all their staff is excellent. Go, try, and see how much more flexibility & mobility you gain. It is worth it!

I ve been going to Stretch Labs for 2+ years. Five years ago I had lower back surgery when I could barely walk a short distance. 2 years ago the pain started coming back. I had gotten the forms to sign up for pain management. Before going I started at Stretch Labs. I started getting immediate relief. I can now play golf, sometimes a couple days in a row. It has been great for me. Lydia and Loren have been a great blessing to me. All the flexologists I have worked with have been great!
