I had a fabulous reflexology massage with Frederico. He applied just the perfect amount of pressure and seemed to know all the spots my body needed attention. This was perhaps the best massage I have ever had in my life. Highly recommend you give him a try.

The massage I received from Federico was superb! He is an intuitive healer - knowing when to bring on the deep tissue and when to be gentle. It was a nice combo between Swedish and Thai massage. Above all he is ethical and respectful which made me book him again. Federico is Fusion's best kept secret!!

I just took the Fusion Fundamental class with Gina. It was my first time taking the class. She is a great teacher. Right from the start, she focused on breathing as we move into our poses. That is how I originally learned to do yoga and many of the teachers today do not focus enough on it. I was really impressed. I liked the way she verbally explained to us how we should make the movements and she also demonstrated them. She took her time and did not rush us.
