Hope is my favorite instructor. I like that she uses correct anatomy explaining what each exercise is doing for the muscles involved. And what the exercise is called. She is encouraging to everyone and makes new people feel comfortable.

Caroline gave us a great workout! I have been attending Pilates for almost 1 year. It’s great because no two classes are ever the same. The variety is what keeps it interesting and challenging.

Just had Rebecca ‘s Control and Balance class and it is an excellent class that works all those tiny muscles, tendons and core that needs strengthening especially as we age. Her cueing is excellent and her tips for modifying helps us achieve results. Love Club Pilates ?
