Integrity does an amazing job. Always thorough and 5 stars on their appointments for being on time and letting me know when they are on their way.
We had a major issue come up 2 days after another company serviced our AC and Condenser units. No cold air and Condenser was continuously running, it wouldn't shut off till the breaker was flipped to the off position. I called Integrity AC and explained our situation. They were scheduled to arrive late afternoon that day and actually arrived 2 ½ hour early, Thank God. Our Technician discovered the problem in about 30 minutes or so and within a couple hours our system was up and running. It was awesome. They are coming back in a few days to make sure everything is working correctly and to do a couple other things to keep it running better. Thank you for great service.
Called and Lori was helpful and scheduled Service very quickly. Technician was polite and explained his findings and possible issues. I was out of town but the process was seamless - very appreciative of their first-class Customer Service!
