These gentleman are the absolute best. They consistently show up and on time. Travis is excellent with Diagnosing and explaining issues to the consumer. Their prices are extremely fair. A true gem!
I had a problem with AC showing high humidity reading for the past 8 months and called Florida air and the technician did a horrible job and couldn’t fix the problem and I heard good things about gulf coast air in the group messages on WhatsApp and called them and had an appointment with them.They sent a technician by name garvin who was patient and methodical and diagnosed and fixed the problem of a Freon leak from a damaged valve.Thanks and garvin did an excellent job.
On July 4th, our AC stopped working, and it turned out to be a miserably hot hot hot night. On the 5th we called numerous companies to get it fixed, and George was the only one that would send someone out. Travis came out that same afternoon and was able to promptly fix our AC. Travis was extremely professional and very nice. It was a very pleasant experience, except for the no AC thing. Travis was a Godsend in my opinion because he literally saved our lives. Thank you Gulf coast AC and heating for being there when we needed you!!!!
