On 7/14/2026 Tyler came out and conducted an inspection to locate our HVAC issue. On 7/15/2026 2 installers, Tyler (not the same Tyler LOL) and another, came out and performed the repair needed. 7/17/2026 Sven came out and verified completion and performed some more system checks to make sure that everything was working the way it should. We have stated from the beginning that Fast Air Heating and Cooling are the best. They are ALWAYS professional and courteous. They ALWAYS go above and beyond when performing their duties. We couldn't be any happier with them. I have always (and will always) recommended them to anyone who needs A/C repairs or replacement.
My AC stopped working early evening Tuesday. 82° in my house with thermostat set at 77°! I texted Fast Air and received a return call 7:30 Wednesday morning with promise of arrival of a technician same day between 8:00 a.m. and Noon. Dan arrived around 8:45 and I explained what was going on. He got started right away to diagnose the reason. After a thorough evaluation both inside and outside he gave me the diagnosis: motor in the fan which carries cooled air into my house was blown. Dan patiently explained his findings and answered my questions in terms that I understood. Service person came out and checked our 26 year old AC unit. Found it had freon leak. We decided to buy a new HVAC unit. Team came right out and set it up that day. We were happy with everything. We recommend Fast Air
