We had a problem with a rat in our attic, and Abel and Misael from Truly Nolen did an amazing job! They came right away, went up on the roof, found where the rats were getting in, and fixed the problem quickly and professionally. They’ve also been coming back every couple of days to make sure everything stays sealed and there’s no more activity. Both were very polite, thorough, and reliable highly recommend!

Alfredo Zellek is the technician who came by to do initial treatment and follow-up. He was very pleasant and courteous and he did a really good job at treating the cockroach issue. At initial treatment he identified the areas with the biggest problems and applied bait and treatment thoroughly. At follow-up, you could see a significant improvement. He retreated all the areas and with Truly Nolen, I will receive quarterly follow-ups with their service plan. I'm satisfied with the results. Thanks, Alfredo!
