I'm loving this company and their products, from the experience, to the prices, and their quality.I recently purchased a 12,000 BTU mini split with all the accessories, from the bracket to the line cover kit. The experience was fantastic, from the sales team, to the support. Our mini split unit arrived on time and packaged nicely with no damage. After it was installed it runs like a champ! Keeps our commercial building cooler during the heat of the summer. 100% would recommend.

All I can say is "Wow" and "Thank You!". Our Pioneer mini-split, installed in a guest room, started to make a "whirring" sound (it has functioned perfectly for over six years). I emailed Pioneer over the weekend, sending them a small video of the issue so they could hear it and woke up to a reply email from them Monday morning. "Based on the video, the fan motor bearing has gone out and the motor itself should be swapped for a new one." They sent a link to the part as well as a link to a video showing exactly how to remove the old one and install the new one.Like most parts A/C, I was expecting it to be expensive.
