Installing the unit from start to finish was relatively easy to do. It does take, however, a little bit of Being mechanically inclined in some of the areas such as electrical. As long as you watch the instructional videos and read the manual thoroughly and a couple of times, I was able to get installed the first time without too many hiccups.
Unfortunately, when I turned the power on initially, I was not getting anything to come on, called tech-support and they walked me through The possible issue and was able to rectify the problem on the first round. Technical support was a great help and are easy to talk to.

I’ve ordered 4 units three years ago. Best purchase I’ve done in a long time. Easy install, they are wonderful units year round. Outstanding mini splits ! Today I’m ordering two more. They also make a great gift!!!
