Oriana she is excellent teacher! I really enjoyed her class. Also I have also learned from all the teachers. I have grown little by little in yoga and thanks to this place I have fallen in love with yoga, it is the place where we all share and are in favor of well-being. David is very kind and very helpful in the yoga class!

If your body is aching and in need of the best kind of massage therapy, you can trust Energy Yoga & Wellness Center and the healing hands of David Yglesias! The therapy room is super clean and zen with the most comfortable massage table you've ever rested on. Trust me, schedule a self-care date here ... you'll thank yourself (and my 5-Star review) ;-)

I am in love w/ this studio!! I feel this place like home. I really enjoy their classes. I tried yoga w/ Gaby, David, Anastasia and Azalea and all of theme are really amazing! Highly recommend this hidden gem!
