I have lower back problem for at least 25 years, getting older and not doing the correct exercises made things worst at a point I couldn’t walk. After some research and support from wife and friends I decide to give I try with Pilates, it is amazing how after 1 month of classes I increased the straight of my core muscle also adjusting my posture. The best of all the pain i use to have lower very significant level. Thank you Aida and Cristina for shared your knowledge with me, thank you for your patience and attention.
