“I ran home to make this review. I have a pitty who is very anxious with people (barks a lot). i’ve taken her to other vets before and they just weren’t patient with her…Nessi had been having some issues and we knew she needed to be on anxiety meds. took her here and the staff did INCREDIBLE. I cried when I got in the car. Having a pup who is scared makes it hard to find people who aren’t scared. this vet office was unlike no other. They trusted her and took their time with her. This will be our new place. 10/10“

“We recently discovered Barks and Bubbles right at the end of our neighborhood, and I’m so glad we did! After having the same groomer since our two Yorkies, Smalls and Squints, were tiny puppies, we were honestly a little nervous to try someone new. But from the moment we met Rachel, all of that worry disappeared. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and you could immediately tell she loves what she does. Grooming days can be stressful for little dogs (and their moms!), but Rachel handled them with such genuine care and patience that I knew they were in great hands. When we picked them up, they looked absolutely adorable...perfectly groomed, soft, and smelling so fresh! You could see how happy they were, which says it all. Rachel truly treated them like her own pups, and that kind of love and attention is rare to find these days. We’re so thankful to have found our forever groomer at Barks and Bubbles. ? “AMAZING STAFF!! We recently moved to the area and found them via Google. NOT AT ALL DISAPPOINTED. I was so concerned over an awful rash/allergy my dog had, they fit us in within days. Extremely supportive, compassionate and kind staff. Even the fees are extremely reasonable. So thankful for the wonderful staff, and the kindness they showed me and Dexter! We have found our vet office!!!“

“My dog had a spinal cord injury and they had a tech waiting for us on arrival and got us in to see the vet immediately. X-rays, bloodwork, and exam all done within the hour. My dog got pain meds and stayed the day for observation. The vet techs literally spent their lunch break giving her love and holding her paw. Thank you to the entire team of people (vet, vet techs, receptionist, etc) that kept me informed and treated my dog like their own. Their love for my dog is what made this terrible experience somewhat manageable. Thank you guys for everything!“

“I started going to Niceville Animal Clinic in 2020 during the COVID lockdown because they were the only vet clinic I could find that would take new patients. I had just moved here a few months earlier and needed a vet. Every visit has been a pleasure with Dr Jenny and her staff. Yea a couple times I've waited a little longer than some people might find acceptable, but they are busy and always do their best to provide the fastest service possible. Plus they are taking care of animals that many people see as family members, and if they take an extra few minutes to treat and animal it's better then rushing through and making a mistake. My last visit they got me in a room ahead of my appointment time! Even though I live 45 minutes away I'll still continue to goto Niceville animal clinic as long as I live here.“

“I have been in the area since 2007, and I have 6 German Shepherds, that are basically my children. I was using another vet, who sold out to a large corporation and with that the company lost my trust and favor. I have found my new home with Dr. Jenny, she is absolutely amazing! Not only did she take in new patience’s (mind you 6 large GSD), I also had an emergency that need attention and she got me in immediately. I should have been going to her for the last 16 years (hindsight is 20/20) I would have been much happier and so would have my babies. Her staff is unbelievable, those girls work so hard and have so much love for animals it melted my heart they were with my boy every step of the way and answered ALL of my questions and went beyond what they needed too. My heart and family now belongs to Niceville Animal Clinic with Dr. Jenny and her wonderful assistants, I have faith back in the actual veterinarian creed and Dr. Jenny’s standing on what is best for the animal!!! . “Easy scheduling, great pricing, excellent service!
I called to request availability for a bath and nail trim for my yorkie, Holly. They were able to get her in 2 days later.

Drop off was easy, and Holly came home squeaky clean and happy!
Will definitely be returning for a full groom.

“Cubbyholed off Racetrack Road, they took Buddy on and heard my concerns, they exude professionalism and confidence when it came time to tell me what I was dealing with in this grooming, keeping me well informed of major issues or items that might need be changed. For me I expected that he needed more care than I could provide myself and boy was I right, they SHOWED me and let me know the best course of action. Keeping the owner included in changes is a great feeling. My doggo needed a lot and they provided. Not only does he look better but I can tell he feels better and is able to move better. I am giving 11/10 to this place and promote it all day“

“We absolutely love Mercy's!! I have a very high energy young pup that I rescued from PAWS. It is hard for friends to keep him when I go out of town because they all work and I don't want him to be alone because of his traumatic background. My boy LOVES going to boarding and daycare at Mercy's.They always send me photos and updates of how his day is going. And once when I had to extend his stay due to a family emergency they were super flexible and easy to work with. Now every time we get in the car he can hardly contain his excitement! Thank you Mercy's for taking care of our boy Bandit. ? I know he can be a lot and they take it in stride and love him so well.“
