Liz is the best there is when it comes to the gut...and life in general! Liz knows her stuff. She is unbelievably kind, patient, non-judgemental, and loving. She knows how to heal the body (starting with the gut) and is book of knowledge when it comes to this topic. More than that though, she is able to zone in on where the problem is originating from - whether it's physical or emotional. She helped me so much during my time working with her and I am so grateful to know her and to have gotten to learn from her. If you are having gut issues, call her asap!
