Lisa is one of those people that new moms need in their life. She first helped me with fertility, explaining how important womb health is. With Lisa’s guidance I was pregnant in 2 months! then during my entire pregnancy she made me comfortable, gave me a wealth of knowledge, and even taught the birthing class. She walked me through all the fears and gave me pointers of what will help. As soon as I had baby she stopped by and helped with all my postpartum questions. She was instrumental, and really cares about her clients. She stood beside me from start to finish and is truly the best in the business.

For all women looking for relief, relaxation, and professional body work by someone who understands the female body before/during pregnancy and postpartum - come to Lisa. I was pretty hesitant about massage work during my first pregnancy since I didn't know anyone who was skilled enough to give me a decent massage in a safe manner. When I finally came to Lisa, I ended up booking with her almost every week until my baby came (and now postpartum!). I am so glad I found Lisa and the red tent. I love the kundalini yoga class. Even on the days that I'm exhausted, after yoga I feel relaxed and energized. At 21 weeks, baby's movements haven't been too consistent yet, but in between exercises during the yoga class, I can feel my baby's movements the most, which has been pretty great to experience. Last week, when I started to suffer from back pain, Lisa got me in for a massage right away and it was a huge help. I'm looking forward to continuing with the red tent throughout my pregnancy.
