I can’t say enough good things about Ed at Alive and Well Acupuncture! After dealing with issues for years and trying so many different things with little to no relief, Ed was the first person who actually made a real difference. He takes his time, really listens, and makes sure he understands exactly what’s going on before treating you. You never feel rushed, and every session feels thoughtful and personalized. It’s clear he truly cares about his patients and helping them feel better. I’m so grateful I found him and would highly recommend him.

I think I said at the last visit “That was amazing! You have angel hands!!” Dr. Scarlett has such a warm demeanor & instant knowledge of things going with you & your body almost immediately upon touch. I always feel better & more balanced at the end of a session, mentally & physically. Highly recommend these 90 minutes of peaceful rejuvenation addressing all that ails you.

I was first referred to Alive and Well by my wife. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Scarlett for a few months now. I had only tried acupuncture once before and that experience had not been great. But that changed once I met Dr. Scarlett.

He’s not only good with his hands (he does body work and other whole body techniques that complement his acupuncture treatment), he also takes the time to explain what he’s doing to you at all times and the causes and effects of some of your behaviors on your body. He’s understanding, well-mannered, respectful and a little funny also.
