On the recommendation of a neighbor when I bought my house 12 years ago, I've used AMI for service and maintenance throughout that time. I've always found they to be responsive, reasonably priced and ethical. (One time, after describing the problem on a Sunday morning, instead of making the visit, he told me how to fix the problem on my own--for a SMALL fraction of the price!) So, when I needed a new unit, I called AMI. The owner was at my house within 2 hours and sized up the situation in 10 minutes, gave me a quote and offered to install within two days (it was not an emergency situation.)

A joy today to come across a Company that is true to their word, from start to finish. The two installers Allen and Stephon knew exactly what they were doing. Respectful, knowledgeable, trustworthy.
Adam is great - very professional and super helpful! We have had him help us on multiple occasions and highly recommend him. He even came to our house after hours when we had an A/C emergency. He goes above and beyond - very through and helpful with his explanations. AMI is great, in general.
