This is the best CrossFit I’ve been to. The people are friendly and inviting, the coaches are knowledgeable and fit. The facility is clean and organized. Julie is amazing , she pushes you during workouts, gives personalized attention to each member , she really cares about your health and wants to help you achieve your goals . She calculated my macros for me the first week, gives nutrition advice and recipes. What more can you ask for ? Also this gym is air conditioned!

An absolute amazing team here. When they opened, I brought my daughter to their kid class, and coach Julie was absolutely amazing with her. I love how encouraging and loving she is. My 19 year son started today and Julie again was just as amazing. He was so nervous to begin, and has been wanting to go for so many years, but she helped him so much feel like he belonged and was so great with positive reinforcement. I love the family dynamic here and I’m just so grateful for Julie and CrossFit Envision!

I am retired now but through the first waves of Covid I honestly let myself go! I owned an ALF at the time and I was very afraid I would bring Covid home and make my residents sick, so I just did our shopping and that was it. I even gave up going to the gym myself.I am very out of shape now but I want fitness back. I know it’s up to me, but having a nice, well laid out, well stocked, super clean, place to go where my safety and well-being are the coaches primary considerations is huge. The classes I go to are the Master’s class at 10am every week day recommended for athletes over 60 years of age.
