I cannot recommend Taylor AC highly enough. After another local, family-owned company shredded service to my bedroom and living room and then ghosted us for 3 weeks, I called Taylor more than a bit desperate. Mr Taylor promised to send someone out the next morning, but less than an hour later he dispatched a tech named Lancelot who, living up to his namesake, proved to be my AC unit’s knight in shining armor. That may sound lighthearted, but he replaced ducts to every room in record time and for half the other company’s price, and for the first time in the 7 years I’ve been here, I can feel the air circulating in my rooms. We called Taylor AC and electrical ,Mr Taylor was here in less than an hour. He looked at our AC system and walked us through what was going on .He was like an old friend .They are good people ,they treat you like family. He repaired AC and cleaned our AC condenser . Our AC runs like new and at a very good price. I would recommend them to all my family and friends.
One call, tech showed up. Got it up and going in no time flat. Will use all the time! Oh and the call was answered and payment handle by a stellar lady, knows her stuff and super sweet and friendly!
